Muzzie, When mentioning all the towns around you missed Jackpot,NV. I am from there and was in the crowd this year. Have listened to your folks a while ago in Barton's Club 93. This was our 3rd year at the BBR and we thought that this years line up was going to be the best on paper of the 3. Well for us, it turns out, the paper was right. We loved the acoustic set with Hayes, Slaid, and Randy and would very much like to see something like that again. It was disheartening to hear that Ragweed was breaking up, but Cody indicated that the new band was going to be "heavier" than the old version. Can't wait to hear 'em. Please bring the new version back next year. Jason Boland was worth the wait and Two Tons of Steel rocked the joint. MMC and RK proved to be their superlative selves. For us it was simply the best of three we've seen. And one more thing...thanks for setting up the areas for sitting/dancing, seating, and canopies. So we're looking forward to next years bigger, better, faster version...a tall order, but then again the Braun Bros. Reunion is proving to be a giant among music festivals. Thanks for all you do.

The reunion was awesome was my first year, but hope its the first of many. Had a kick ass time looking forward to next year trying to get as many people as i can onboard to go next year. Loved all the bands i seen especially Two Tons of Steel they were awesome hope they are invited next year. As for some other ideas for bands, how about Ray Wylie Hubbard, Cory Morrow, Doug Moreland, Cross Canadian Ragweed, Ryan Bingham, Stoney Larue, Kasey Chambers, Hank Williams 3, Chris Knight, Brian Burns, Corb Lund, Sunny Sweeney,or Wade Bowen just to name a few.

Thought the reunion was awesome, growing up in Challis, I know, that there was never entertainment like you bring to this community. Also, the money that is pumped in to the community by the people, through their purchases; groceries, gas etc. It is an all around good thing, the booster club benefits, the sorotities benefit. It is a very positive benefit to such a small community. Someday, everyone will recognize that, hopefully it isn't after it moves somewhere else. Anyway that for all the hardwork that you and JoAnn do to bring this to us. And of course, we will see you next year.

I've lived in the Treasure Valley my whole life and grew up seeing Reckless Kelly at the local fairs and this was my first time making it to BBR. Braun Brothers Reunion - Twenty Ten was amazing. It was my first time ever attending this festival and I'm proud to say I'm going to continue going back every year. Asleep at the wheel was great, Jason Boland was great, Jeremiah James is awesome but my fav has to be Randy Rogers- Just watching his fiddle player makes me want to be a fiddle player. and of course we know Reckless and Micky are always the best.... keep on doin what you are doin- it is a great, great venue and fun times in Chow Town.

I went to the Braun Brothers reunion from Pocatello Idaho. It was a great time other than I was VERY dissapointed that Muzzie did not play longer than he did and that he only sang two songs from his old CD! I loved the other bands but would have liked to see Muzzie and his brothers play the same amount of time the other bands played. That is really who I went there to see! That was my first time going there and Im not sure now if it will be my last or not.

I am so bummed, were not going to be able to make it to the reunion shows. But we hope to try and make it next year. At least we'll get to see my Brother and the Desert Rose Band (9/06) at the Ellen in Bozeman. Wanted to give a shout out to Muzzy I been hanging out for the past few years with West Yellowstone's Mountain Man Redezvous "Mad Jack" He says he has met you and played w/you at your place so Hi from Jack(they hit West Aug. 6-15th.)I really enjoy hanging out with him and listning to his stories and hearing him playing songs. Somehow the world just seems so simple sitting in a open Canvis Tent and hanging out with a ol kind hearted dirty old man.
Have a great Reunion Show, all the best hope our paths cross sometime. We'll keep a eye out for Reckless Kelly and hope to see MMC again as well.

But thought my Brother Bobby could get us free tkts. Yeah! But we'll see I think there in CO. before they come here. OH and I told the guy at the Ellen bout trying to look up Mikcy & Motorcars. And told him what a good show just like seeing the Eagles, but better! He sounded interested said he'd check it out. And I told him you'd be in Challis..bla la I know their is a nothere Braun Bro. HI we are going to do our best to try and see you all at your reunion. I am the gal from West Yellowstone (with the big tall guy John & our Daughter Bridgit) and we saw MMM last year at Big Sky and recently at Half Moon/BSky. WE Love You Guys and look forward to seeing the rest of your talented family as well. New developments my younger Brother Bob Wright-not the same as with Smith group is recently on tour with the Desert Rose Band Reunion Tour. And My Mom just called and said they're going to be in Bozeman on Sept. 6th at the Ellen Theatre. I might have to save money to see my Brother w/Chris Hilman & gang instead. My Brother has been doing stuff with varous guys through Chris so I am really excited to get to see him in his element. We hardly get to see eachother (they are in Ojai CA. area) since I moved to MT. We'll be in Idaho at the dentist on the 13th (no dr. stuff here in West.) So the drive to Challis looks close to zip over afterwards but things look filled up. But heck that usually doesn't stop us. Hope to see you all again and am very interested in trying to have you play in our Town next Aug. after Big Sky is done with your next gig. That would be a great little stop before your next reunion next season. Just a little something to think about I'll see what I can get started on this end. Our town has been doing a little Music in the Park and it is about time too! And we have the old Union Pacific Bld. (Suzy Boggus came back- last year. She use to play around hereback in the 80'-90's here we love her too.) Bla Bla bla now you know why jaws is in my e-address yeah I do tend to flap my jaws... I can't help it I just get so excited.. We have a beautiful house on the Salmon River with the deck overlooking the river for accommodation for the reunion, for a couple. If there are more people in your party, a tipi is available. We are located 14 miles south on highway 75. The price is $175 per night with a two night minimum. $25 addition per person.

I am just learning about the Braun brothers and have been blessed to hear two of them within two weeks. Muzzie-my family and I got to hear you at Redfish Lake Lodge on Wed. July 21st-I had two little ones that joined you on the stage a time or two. We think you are fabulous. I got to hear Billy last night when my husband and I went to dinner at Bistro 29 in Nampa-and he was wonderful too. We were on our way to the Tim McGraw concert-so lucky to have all these fabulous singers and musicians around me. We are trying to figure out if we can get to the BBR-I have a hunch it is one of the best things one can do for the soul. Thanks for blessing us with your talent and your family's talent too.

And thank you to modern technology, I am reuniting, if you will, with a long lost friend, who will be getting out of the Coast Guard and joining me in the FUN all happening in Challis! He was a radio personality in Virginia before his military service, so this will be a great time:)!

Carol, Hey fellow Missourian, you should definitely make it a priority next year....even if you have to go by yourself, it is so worth it.

My wife and I drove our travel trailer all the way out to Challis from mid-MO last year - it was the time of our life.

We're packing 3 additional groupies, err relatives, with us for the drive this year. This time we’ve decided to stay at a B&B. Due to the limited lodging it's never too earlier to start looking for next year.

Don't worry about finding things to keep you busy…..in my opinion, the Challis area is one of the most spectacular regions I have ever visited and my time there went by way too fast

There is no way I can make it this year, but am putting next year's reunion at the TOP of my to-do list for 2011. Couple questions:

--when will the 2011 dates be announced?

--my present social circle doesn't exactly provide me with lots of opportunities to meet others with the same excellent taste in music, so how lame would it be to come alone (from the Kansas City area, by the way), if I get that desperate?

--how soon to make reservations for lodging (not really into the camping thing)?

--where to fly into?

--what else is there to do there when not listening to awesome music?

So Glad to hear Cody Canada will be doing an acoustic set! Happy to see Hayes Carll will be there as well. Would love to see Wade Bowen next year, or Brandon Rhyder! Take care Ragweed boys, you deserve a rest, maybe the rest of the band will sow up as fans and bring thier kids!

Really sorry that you are disapointed in our directions.As far as CCR and REK I'm afraid those
choices were made by their management, not us, we'd love to have them, but if the are not available or cancell, it is out of our hands.The coolers decision was made due to the fact that the venue does not hold a liquor licence and it was not within the law to allow them. We were really lucky to have gotten away with it for as long as we did. Now to the beer choices. Coors and Miller are one of our long time sponsors and we are obligated to have their products at the event. We realize not all the folks are as strong a suporter as we are, but, cold Coors and Miller products suit us fine. Hope this helps explain our position and that we will see you for what we think will be a great show. Take Care.

Very disappointed about CCRW not coming. This is the second year in a row, first no Robert Earl Keen then this, also not able to bring in coolers for something other than Coors or Keystone, will probably be there but sounds like this is going downhill, not improving.
